I had never leased a car before so had several questions to ask staff - they explained everything clearly and always responded promptly when i emailed them. Only minor criticism was that because my choice of car was "in stock", I assumed I would receive it in 3-4 days or so, but it seems all vehicles can take 10-14 days to be delivered (financial checks etc) - which is fair enough, but I would have wanted that to have been made more clear from the start.
